Return Policy

We hope you love your Soft Habits pieces! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.

Canada Returns

Customers located in Canada may request a prepaid return shipping label. A return shipping fee of up to $10 CAD will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return label costs less than $10 CAD, only the actual shipping cost will be deducted.

United States Returns

Customers located in the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
