Can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location — Canadian orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes! We ship across Canada and to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Sizing
Why don't all styles come in extended sizes?
Many of our suppliers sell inventory in pre-packed size runs that include Small, Medium, and Large only. When additional sizes are available, we do our best to bring them in. As Soft Habits grows, we hope to continue expanding our size offerings whenever possible.
How do your pieces fit?
Fit information can be found in each product description. If you have additional sizing questions, please contact us before ordering.
What if something doesn't fit?
We accept exchanges for a different size if stock is available. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
